Alberto Santiago Guajardo is a board-certified Physician Assistant in Texas who provides comprehensive primary care for adults and families. He earned his medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico, and practiced for five years as a physician in family and occupational medicine in Tamaulipas, caring for patients in clinic, hospital, and emergency room settings. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is at home serving the bilingual families of the Rio Grande Valley and makes sure every patient fully understands their diagnosis and treatment plan.

After moving his practice to Texas, Alberto completed his Physician Assistant training at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with rotations in dermatology, orthopedics, emergency medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, women’s health, and cardiology. He is skilled in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions and in interpreting lab work, imaging, and heart studies. He is also a certified medical examiner with the National Registry, qualified to perform DOT physicals for commercial drivers.
